Void Favor is a regular bonecharm which was included in the "Imperial Assassin's Pack" special bonus included as part of the Pre-order and Collector's Editions of Dishonored 2. I didn't know about it until I watched a GDQ and I think it was Ferret playing, all you have to do is sheath your weapon and as the animation is playing, tap your left hand button.
